Ex: She is gorgeous..
      They are reading books.
Two singular subjects connected by either/or or neither/nor require singular verb.
Ex: Either reading book or watching TV is my hobby.
Use a plural verb with two or more subjects when they are connected by "and".
Ex: Reading books and watching TV are my hobbies.
