A trapezoidal piece of land is to be divided into two parts in the ratio of 2 to 3 by a line parallel to the parallel sides, the larger part be adjacent
to the smaller parallel side. The parallel sides are 575m and 437m in length, respectively. The other sides are 300 and 350 long. Find the length of the dividing line, the altitude of the trapezoid and the area of the trapezoid.
