First, change it to mixed fractions:
1\frac{4}{7}=\frac{11}{7}
1\frac{1}{4}=\frac{5}{4}

Now multiply it:
\frac{11}{7}(\frac{5}{4})=n
\frac{55}{28}=n

Its already in lowest term though so thats the answer. Hope it helps =)
