There are 52 cards in 1 deck of cards joker excluded
and there are 4 kings in 1 deck of cards.
so the probability of getting 1 king in the first draw is  \frac{4}{52}
and on the second draw the probability is  \frac{3}{51}
the number of cards and kings where reduce assuming that the first draw was king
and w/o re placement.

P= (\frac{4}{52} )( \frac{3}{52} )

P= \frac{1}{221}
