Since it is a projectile motion we will use d=1/2g t^{2} for no.1
Vf=gt for no.2 and d=Vi t + 1/2g t^{2}

a) d = 1/2g t^{2}
1/2(-9.8m/ s^{2} (1s) ^{2} (cancel together the  s^{2} )
= -4.9m
b) Vf = gt
(-9.8m/ s^{2} ) (1s)
= -9.8m/s
c) d=Vi t + 1/2 g t^{2}
-9.8 m (1s) + 1/2 (-9.8m/ s^{2} ) (1s) ^{2}
= - 9.8m + (-4.9m)
-14.7 m

Hope it helps :-)
