Warts is caused by some kind of virus.
So, maintaining proper hygiene is a must.
Wash your hands daily and keep your skin healthy as much as possible.
Also, proper diet can also be helpful.

But some says, you can burn it to kill the virus.
Just seek help from a doctor (Dermatologist)  about it.

I had that kind of thing dati so yeah. You just need to go to the derma (dermatologist) para matanggal yung wart. Tapos after, meron siyang ibibigay na ointment or medicine sa'yo para ma-avoid yung infection. It hurts especially dahil binu-burn niya yung wart na nandun, eh masyado 'yong sensitive. Meron namang anestesia, don't worry. And then para maavoid na magkaroon ulit ng ganito, you need to maintain proper hygiene and always eat banana because it contains potassium. I hate bananas, kaya low potassium ako that's why balik nang balik yung wart even though natanggal na siya. Since pabalik-balik kami sa derma once a week, syempre hassle tsaka kapagod rin, even though I really don't like to eat bananas, I forced myself so yeah, hindi na b_umalik yung wart.
