First and foremost, we can maintain our mental and emotional health by praying and acknowledging that there is a God who knows and in control of everything. And of course, we must choose the food that we eat. We also must set some time to exercise, take a deep breath, inhale fresh air, meditate, relax and we should take a lot of fluid, too- maybe by drinking fruit juices or water.
