The normal way, except when you align the decimal point, you put the decimal point on the quotient :)

But another situation would call on like this: the divisor has decimal numbers, in this case, move the decimal point to the right and count how many places the decimal skipped. Then do as to the dividend. If it is in the end of the road, add zeros. Then proceed to the first rule Patrickwhiz stated. Or divide normally...
