The x-intercept is a point on the graph where y = 0.
For example:
   9x² + 4y² = 25.
If x-intercept is the point where y = 0, then we will change y to 0.
   9x² + 4(0)² = 25
   9x² = 25
   x² = 25/9
   x = +-(25/9)
So, the x-intercepts are the points ( 25/9 , 0)  and ( -25/9 , 0 )
