ILLUMINATOR or MIRROR- it is a steady light source they are (110volts) used in place of mirror if your microscope has mirror it is use to reflect light from an external light source up through the bottom of the microscope. STAGE- a flat platform where you place your slides. stage clips holds the slides in place. TURRET- this is the part that holds 2 or more objective lens the can easily rotated to change power. :)
