In philippines, usually typhoons tend to move toward northeast. Typhoons originate in an area where there is a warm water about 25.6 degree celcius, it's heats up and it rises, as a result of LPA low pressure area.. the direction of wind is toward low pressure area. , there is a water vapor ina rising warm air , the water vapor condense and the air starts to spin until it become cyclone.
