The answer is 10. There's a rule in Math for expression with more than one operation is involved. Just like in grammar, many adjectives that describe a noun has to appear in a sentence or phrase in order. The rule is PEMDAS or MDAS (acronym). If you don't learn this now, you will not be able to evaluate an algebraic expression.
