The Nervous system and Endocrine are both useful of course in our body. And those two systems work together to stable or maintain homeostasis. But Nervous system responds rapidly to short-term changes by sending electrical impulses and of course by using nerve cells. While the Endocrine system is more on bringing about long-term adaptations using chemical messengers into the blood streams. Those chemical messengers are called 'hormones'.
