Diseases of the respiratory system and circulatory system begin with bad factors around the environment  first of all because of the pollution all around us or sometimes second hand smoking or it is inherited to us/ in the bloodline second, is our daily routine or diet we may  abuse or become exhausted when we overwork ourselves thus, cause the systems to malfunction because of lack in rest and necessary nutrients needed for the body and last of all is laziness when a person does not exercise the flow of blood might get slow for the body to function very well and distribution of oxygen will become slower to because we breathe slowly when we do nothing at all in short IT IS UNHEALTHY.
