Nope. J.J. Thompson only discovered the electron but he did not infer the probability that electrons can be found in some place around the atom's nucleus. In fact, Thompson was not aware yet at that time that the atom actually has a nucleus, that is why his model of it is called as the Plum Pudding Model.
