Total angles of quadrilateral is 360°.

Add the given angles, 98° and 102°, and subtract the sum from 360°.  Then, divide the difference by 2.

360° - (98° + 102)
= 360° - 200
= 160°    the sum of the measure of the two other angles

160° ÷ 2 = 80°
