Force = Mass × Acceleration
              where Force N = kg·m/s²   

Derive Mass formula:

Force/Acceleration = (Mass × Acceleration) / Acceleration

Mass = Force / Acceleration

Since Acceleration = Velocity/Time

Then:

Mass = Force / (Velocity/time)

Mass = (3,000 kg ·m/s²) /  [(15 m/s) ÷ 10 s]

Mass = (3,000 kg·m/s²) / (1.5 m/s²)

Mass = 2,000 kg.
