We will let;
t = time it takes for car A to travel to Albay
         We note that car B travels 1 hour less than car A, so
t - 1 =time it takes for car B to travel to Albay

car A travels at 45km/hr while car B travels 60 km/hr.

We will use the formula d = rt where, d is the distance, r is the rate, and t is the time

For car A
d = rt
d = (45km/hr)(t)
d = 45t

For car B
d = rt
d = (60km/hr)(t-1)
d = 60t - 60

We know that car A and car B travels in the same distance but in different speed.
Therefore, we will equate the two equations for car A and car B
d(car A)=d(car B)
45t = 60t - 60
60 = 60t - 45t
60 = 15t
60/15 = t
4 = t
t = 4

Since, Car A travels at 2:00 pm, then car B overtakes car A after 4 hours.
Therefore, the time car B overtake car A is at 6:00 pm.
