   P₁   =    P₂
 -----        -----
   T₁          T₂

P₁ = 650 torr

T₁ = 25°C + 273
     = 298 K  (Kelvin)

T₂ = 3 (298 K)
     = 894 K

P₂ = ?

Solution:

   P₂ =  P₁T₂
           --------
              T₁
   P₂ = (650 torr) (894 K)
          ------------------------
                  298 K

   P₂ = 1950 torr

Really sure for this? We should add the 273 first before multiplying it to 3?
  Even if you don't convert it to Kelvin, the answer is the same, 1950 torr.  You may try solving it in Celsius, and you'll get the same result :-) But remember that in Gas Laws, the temperature is absolute, and absolute temperature is in Kelvin units.
Thank you
