If  I   varies directly with  E  and inversely with R
      then the expression  is      I  =   k  E/R    where   k   =  constant
        thus           20 =   k 100/20
                            k  =   20*20/100 =   4
         to find the current   I   just substitute in the new values
                      
    I   =   4 * 150/20     /  assuming the resistance remains at 20 ohms

       =    30 amps
