l = sqrt((18^2)+(4^2))

the 4 is the half of the base

l = 2sqrt(85)

LSA = 1/2Pl where P is the perimeter of the base and l is the slant height

P=(8)(4)=32

LSA = 1/2(32)(12sqrt(85))

LSA = 32sqrt(85) or 295.03 sq. cm<===ANSWER

Volume = 1/3Bh

since the base is square the formula for B=s^2

B=8^2=64 and h=18

V=1/3(64)(18)

V=384 cu. cm <=====ANSWER

TSA = B+LSA

TSA = 64+295.03

TSA = 359.03 sq cm <====ANSWER
