It tells us to appreciate what others do that benefits us, for in the story, the villagers did not thank keesh for the things he has done for them but gave their prejudices on how keesh was able to slay bears.

The Story of Keesh taught about the sacrifice which is forgotten. In this story, Keesh's father was a great huntsman but was forgotten by the villagers. Keesh tried to prove that his father had once become the savior for his community.

The moral lesson of this story is that: "We must
have to appreciate the sacrifice of a person and that we should not have a bad judgement towards others."
