Always do regular exercise everyday.
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Drink 6-8 glass of water.
Have a 8 hours sleep everynight.
Drink also 2 glass of milk that have calcium for the bones.
Do not eat junkfoods and alcoholic beverages like softdrinks,beer,etc.
