A = {a/a is a whole number; 0 ≤ a ≤ 24}

It means that the value of a is at least 0 but not more than 24.

B = {b/b is a whole number every third from 1 to 74; 2 ≤ b ≤ 74}

It means that the value of b is every third from 2 to 74.

I

Therefore,

If a=0, then b = 74

If a = 1, then b = 71

If a = 2, then b = 68

If a = 3, then b = 65

....

Now, if a and b are elements of real numbers, then:

A = {a/a is an element of real numbers}

It means that all numbers - integers and rational are included

B = {b/b is an element of real numbers)

It means that all values of be includes integers, and rational.
