main stem, big stem, small stem, and the fruits.
The main stem represents the trachea
The big stem (connecting on the main stem) is the bronchi
The small stem (connecting on the bigger stem, which the fruit also connects to) represents the bronchioles
Lastly, the fruits (the one we eat on the grapes) represents the alveoli or the air sacs.
