1. Plate A goes on the bottom of Plate B with the process called subduction.
2. The leading edge of Plate A will continue to move downwards until it reaches the mantle and eventually melts.
3. The molten material is called magma.
4. Mountain ranges and volcanoes form on top of Plate B.
