1.  Physical health-1.It is the soundness of the body, freedom from disease or abnormality, and the condition of optimal well-being. It is when the body is functioning as it was designed to function. Note that we are talking about physical health, as opposed to mental or emotional health.

3.Social health is how you get along with other people, how other people react to you, and how you interact with society. It can be difficult for someone with autism to form relationships and make friends due to difficulties with social skills.

4.Emotional - A useful definition of emotional wellbeing is offered by the MentalHealth Foundation: 'A positive sense of wellbeing which enables an individual to be able to function in society and meet the demands of everyday life; people in good mental health have the ability to recover effectively from illness,
