1) Find the LCM of 12, 16, and  32.
    LCM = 384

2)  Divide 384 minutes by 60 minutes to get the hour:
     384 ÷ 60 = 6.4
     6.4 = 6 hours and 4/10(60 minutes)
            = 6 hours and 24 minutes  or 06:24

3)  Add to 04:00  (4 am)
     04:00 + 06:24  = 10:24 a.m.

If the the three bus companies first trips is at 4:00 am, the next earliest possible time they'll dispatch their buses simultaneously (or the same time() is at 10:24 a.m.

ANSWER:  10:24 a.m.
