Regular exercise kapag po wala ka masyado time pwede pag uwi mo galing school if dika pagod kahit 10 mins. exercise a day lang mababawasan mo weight mo. pero i less mo nrin pagkain ng madami lalo kang tataba. 
The most effective way to lose weight is to control yourself. But that doesn't mean that you will not eat breakfast, lunch and will only eat for dinner because for sure, you will eat so much because your very hungry and that's useless. Well, what I mean is eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods. And if you want to lessen the amount of rice you are eating because it's too much, lessen it a little bit day by day and you will notice one day that you are eating less amount of rice and it's not a problem to you.
