Under Carbohydrates are Saccharides, or what we've known as Sugars. Saccharides can be mono or di or poly saccharides depending on the number of linkages it have. Some of its examples are Glucose, Fructose, Maltose, Allose, Galactose, Starch, Cellubiose, Sucrose, etc.
