I prefer balance diet of vegetable because some veggies lacks nutrient in other.It is not good to just eat one type and reject another,for it will fill the needs of the body to another vegetables,so lets eat gulay it will prolong our life,Did you know people who had lived hundred of years,the secret is balance eating vegetables little meat and no preservatives,so if you want long life follow these with complete exercise.
