This is actually simple, if this isn't Algebra.

What you're going to do is divide 7 by 15. It will be 2 for 14. And then subtract 15 and 14 so it will be one, then add a decimal point on your answer it will be "2." then bring down 0, so your answer will be "2.1" then bring down another zero and your answer will be 2.11.
