Heat is not a movement, heat is a type of energy (Thermal Energy to be precise). Heat only moves through conduction, convection, and radiation.

Conduction is the movement of heat due to direct contact to the source of heat

Ex: A pot above a stove.

Convection is the movement of heat due to temperature difference.

Ex: Boiling Water.

Radiation is the capability of heat to move in empty space.

Ex: Heat of the sun travelling through space.

These three are the types of heat transfer but heat itself is not a movement; only an energy.
