( 27^4) ^{\frac{2}{3}}= [ (3^{3})^4 ] ^{\frac{2}{3}}=3 ^{3\cdot4 \cdot\frac{2}{3} }= 3 ^{4\cdot 2}=3^{8}=(3^4)^{2}=81^2=6561
