I think you mean predicate.... It tells what the subject is doing or it describes the subject.

Based on my knowledge, a predicate is a group or a set of words that can't be a sentence without the subject. A subject can be a noun, pronoun, etc. For example:
FierySoul is a YouTuber. FierySoul is the subject and is a YouTuber are the predicate. That is what we call the COMPLETE PREDICATE.
