C=2 \pi   r        where r is the radius of circle and pi is a constant value and is
                                                 equal approximately 3.14
c=2(3.14)(314)

A = 314cm^2
the formula for the area of a circle is  πr^2, then 314 =  πr^2. divide 314 by 3.14 then get the square root which is 9.997 or approx. 10 and that is the radius.
then C = 2πr. substituting the values, we have C = 2( π)(10)
C = 62.83
