Since we're up to the components x and y of the force,
say the angle that we're dealing with as along x-axis
then we'll have the components:
for 31^{0} 20' (angle made with the x-axis)
Horizontal Component
Fx = 786 (cos  31^{0} 20')
     = 671.367 lbs
Vertical Component
Fy = 786 (sin  31^{0} 20')
     = 408.733 lbs.
for 58^{0} 40' (angle made with the x-axis)
Horizontal Component
Fx = 786 (cos  58^{0} 40')
     = 408.733 lbs
Vertical Component
Fy = 786 (sin  58^{0} 40')
     = 671.367 lbs
REMEMBER that the angles i'm using is the angle that makes with the x-axis
