Tinola Ingredients: garlic, onion, ginger, chicken, sayote, dahon ng sili (optional) 1. Sautè in oil garlicthen onion then ginger until cooked 2. Add in the chicken until cooked through. 3. Add water. Wait for it to boil 4. Add the sayote. If soft, you may or may not add the dahon ng sili. 5. Boil for a little bit then you are done :)
