Go foods are foods that are rich in carbohydrates. From the word "Go", go foods gives us much energy.
Example: Rice, Bread, Cereals
Grow foods are foods which makes us grow. They are rich in protein which is the responsible for building our muscles.
Examples: Meat, eggs, milk
Glow foods are foods that are rich in vitamins and mineral.
