the difference is 4
the number of terms is 200
so you'll have:
 A_{n} =  A_{1} +(n-1)d
 A_{200} = x + (200-1)(4)
 A_{200} = x + 199(4)
 A_{200} = x + 796
since we already have the last term then we may be able to find the difference between the first and the last term
difference =  A_{200} - A_{1}
difference = (x+796) - x
                     = 796
