The vertex of a parabola is in the form (h,k)
where it can be derived from the vertex form of an equation f (x) = a(x-h)^2 + k

so given the equation, we can get the values of h and k just by looking
h= 5 (negate the sign)
k= 1 (just copy the sign)

therefore the vertex is ( 5 , 1 )
