A 10 kg block of ice rests on an inclined place 45 degrees to the ground. The block of ics is tied to a balloon which pulls the ice with a force equivalent to a quarter of its weight. A boy climbing the inclined plane attaches a rope to the block of ice and pulls it at the same time with a force three quarters of the weight of the block of ice. Will it slide upwards or downwards?
