why did 62 answer please explain?
Using PEMDAS method

(20 – 6) + (9 – 6) x 16 (first compute those inside the parenthesis)
=14 + 3 x 16 (then do the multiplication)
=14 + 48 (finally add the last two numbers)
= 62
