Just like the other question  I answered, it should be that singular subjects take singular verbs and plural subjects take plural verbs. Singular verbs are those verbs that mostly have "s" as their last letter of the word. Plural verbs are those verbs that mostly do not have "s" as their last letter of the word.
I think that it should be:

Batch '94 occupies KNCHS.

I just think that it is "occupies" and not occupy because batch '94 is singular, thus, we should follow a singular verb also.
